One of PATCH Virginia’s first fundraisers this year was a Creative Workshop--Succulent Terrarium Creations--and there was nothing more I could have asked for as the director of these fundraising events.

There was something so special about seeing a community come together, for fun, to benefit others. Our host was Heather with Crystal and Bloom; she was the absolute sweetest, most intelligent, and engaging person ever.

As some of you know, I am a professional photographer and of course came ready with my camera to capture some of this amazing event. While I was walking around to catch some of those perfectly candid moments, I was listening to chatter from the guests. The things they were saying about our nonprofit was so rewarding to hear. We have worked so hard to get to this point and I just cannot express how thankful I am for everyone who continuously shows up to support us.

We have so many events planned for the remainder of the year and would love to partner with any businesses who want to support our cause or volunteers who want to help make a difference. We are always doing a lot behind the scenes and value the time and commitment that is generously offered to our nonprofit. If you would love to be a part of the change, please reach out!
