PATCH Virginia, brought to life in July of 2020 (the year to begin any new endeavor, right?), helped hundreds of families in the six months that followed. No one could have anticipated the great demand for support that was needed of the Richmond community; and yet everyone stepped up. We had outreach from local businesses, weekly donations that overflowed our storage units, and kindness that permeated every facet of our organization (and hearts).
The year wasn't kind to many, but thanks to our community's support, we had a wonderful kickoff year! Our goals for 2021 are still in the works, so stay tuned to see what new events and opportunities for support will be available this coming year.
